Complete refurbishment of existing city centre shopping mall which included the creation of a new Sainsbury’s within the mall. Our involvement also included a later opening section of the mall, including restaurants and café areas.

Following on from the successful completion of this project, we have been retained by the current developer to carry out the modernisation of the roof level of the mall. This project includes for the creation of new retail units and restaurant spaces.

The ambition of the development it is to provide a stunning open, airy civic space, with a flexible market square atmosphere.
