This project involved the demolition, and site remediation of an old licensed warehouse. The site was tightly pressed against a steep banking to the South. Some of this banking needed to be cut away and a 4m piled ‘king post’ retaining wall installed, retaining a public highway.

Our brief was Civil and Structural Engineer for the entire project, which included amending the traffic signalling system and access road.
