BIM

What is BIM?

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure

BIM processes help structural engineers, detailers, and fabricators improve structural documentation, minimise errors, and streamline collaboration across teams to accelerate fabrication.

What We Do…

We have a track record delivering Projects using the BIM Process, both formally through Public Sector Client directives and also less formally by choice as a more general way of working and collaborating with other design team members.

We recognise and embrace the benefits of using BIM to design and coordinate with Architects and other Designers.

The Benefits of BIM…

Coordinated models across multiple disciplines to help ensure a better design.

Integrated structural analysis and design to produce better outcomes.

Clash detection, within 3D Modelling interfaces to minimise errors, reduce risk, and improve on Construction Planning.

3D visual representation of the end results are a big benefit, which Clients appreciate.
