A new facility bringing together a library, neighbourhood office and access to Council services, The Police Safer Neighbourhood Team, community meeting rooms and Adult Day Care, all under one roof.
The Drumbrae Library Hub is a £5.7million investment in the local community delivered on time and on budget. Extensive community engagement work has been undertaken to make this a facility which truly suits the needs of the community and its users.
This successful project represents the first hub development to be delivered in Scotland, and is a key milestone for the Hub South East Scotland Territory programme. Hub South East Scotland Ltd, appointed its supply chain partner, Morrison Construction, to realise the construction of this exciting new facility as a Design & Build project.
