The 314 bed development is part of the regeneration of the old Fountainbridge Brewery. The upper floors of the multistorey block are in cold rolled lightweight steel sections, which makes construction faster.  This was all designed by our Glasgow office who are very experienced in this type of construction.

There is a transfer deck in hot rolled steel at first floor level  which allows a retail unit to be more open plan at ground floor level.
