The Lismore House scheme is a conversion of existing office accommodation into a 72 bedroom Apart-Hotel. The building is category B listed with retained Georgian façade and the works include restoration of the classical architectural features of this façade. The new layouts contain a mix of studios and 1 bed apartments, and again some structural alterations to existing courtyards will provide additional daylight to lowest levels of the building allowing for increased efficiency of the floor space.
