Having over 25 years’ experience now in Structural and Civil Engineering, I graduated from Napier University in 1998. Since joining Will Rudd Davidson in 1999 I have been involved in a large number of large and small scale projects ranging from new build flatted developments to the major refurbishment of historic buildings.
My aim in all projects is to provide an efficient and considered service and I advocate that good communication with other members of the Design Team and the Contractor is the best way to achieve this. My passion is the refurbishment of historic and ancient buildings. I en-joy the challenges that these projects bring….every one being very unique. My highlights to date include the successful refurbishment of The Queen Anne Building at Edinburgh Castle and more recently the Scottish National Portrait Gallery. I was also involved in a number of projects, over a period of 7 years, at the vibrant Quartermile development in Edinburgh.
Outwith Will Rudd Davidson I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children. We all appreciate the outdoors and often just spend the day in the garden relishing the simple things. I enjoy listening to music and have been known to frequent many a festival in the past….Glastonbury being the favourite. I don’t get the opportunity so much now but it won’t be too long before my children are old enough to join in the experience!
